  • Juliano Graff • CEO

    Juliano was a founding member of the logistics company called Logimasters, in which he sold his shares in 2006. He began his career as a trainee for Deutsche Lufthansa in 1993 and managed international operations in Lufthansa Cargo in Brazil, Germany, South Africa and the USA. Juliano is the CEO and Chairman of the Master Minds and is board member to Junior Achievement São Paulo and the American Chamber of Commerce, AMCHAM. Juliano also serves in the board of Gentros (bio-technology) and SurianaTrademasters (portfolio company of Master Minds). Juliano has a degree in Business Administration from PUC-RJ/Campinas. He has a specialization in Management of International Aviation and Transportation Management in Germany, and is post-graduated in Logistics from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro-UFRJ and in Management from the Harvard Business School - OPM (Owner & President Management Program).

  • Heitor Ono • Associate Partner

    One of Master Minds founding partners, Heitor is responsible for private equity and stuctured financing. He has coordinated all Master Minds transactions during the last 4 years, Inova Ventures S/A (2011), INI2 (2010), Master Minds Capital S/A (2009) e Trademasters Ltda (2008). Heitor has previous experience in controlling and financial structuring at Itau, Honda and Delphi. Heitor has a degree in Economics by the University of Campinas-Unicamp and post-graduate at the Private Equity Program of the Harvard Business School, Boston.

  • Daniel Santos • Associate Partner

    Daniel built his career in the management of startups (Sensoria and Monama) and in B2B services, having worked in important Brazilian transportation companies: Brasiliense, Logimasters and Dachser. Daniel holds a degree in Business Administration from PUC-RJ and Management and Project Management post graduation from FIA.

  • Josh Lerner • Strategic Advisor

    Josh Lerner is Professor of Investment Banking at Harvard Business School, with a joint appointment in the Finance and Entrepreneurial Management Units. Josh leads a team of experts in alternative investments for the World Economic Forum are some of the academic assignments of Lerner. His performance in he investment market has special emphasis on Venture Capital and Private Equity. Besides being in Master Minds board, also serves on the Board of other major Financial Institutions and Private Equity Funds in the world. He is graduated from Yale College of Physics and has a Ph.D. from Harvard's Economics Department.

  • Celso Varga • Advisory Board Member

    Celso was CEO and Chairman of Freios Varga, one of the largest and most successful auto parts company in Brazil, controlled by the Varga family for 55 years and in which he worked for 20 years. In 1997 Varga sold the company to a North American group and became an investor and professional board advisor. Celso currently serves in Boards of and non-profit organizations as an independent board member, including Master Minds. He has a degree in engineering and MBA in corporate finance.

  • Rodrigo Gil • Advisory Board Member

    Rodrigo developed his career since 1994 in restructuring newly privatized companies at GP Investments, a private equity management company founded by the main shareholders of AB-Inbev to acquire equity stakes at private companies and lead them to an Initial Public Offering (IPO). Rodrigo served as a key executive at ALL and Equatorial Energy, both in the process of IPO. Currently, Rodrigo is heading the corporate development unit at CSN. He is graduated in Business Administration and has an MBA degree from University of Rio de Janeiro-UFRJ.

  • Antonio Costa • Advisory Board Member

    Board member of privately-held companies Comfrio and Axial Partners. He was a Financial Director and co-founder of Banco BBA, nowadays Itaú-BBA. Mr. Costa is also a former director of the Brazilian Bank Federation (Febraban) and the Brazilian National Association of Investment Banks (ANBID). Previously he was a board member of Comcitrus S/A and Cia Thermas do Rio Quente located in Goiás. Antonio has his MBA from IBMEC and a specialization in International Banking from the Minnesota University. Antonio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Catholic University in São Paulo.
